In 2001, I was living in USA, when terrorist attacks has happened. At that time, I had an anxious feeling with two small daughters. What helped me was cooking at home and reading books.
All recipes in this book is made of 5 main ingredients. (Some recipes only use 3 main ingredients!) In this circumstance, most of us are going to groceries less often. I hope this book gives you some tips for how to cook by making full use of what you have in your kitchen now.
